You get imaginative and start using your guesswork database of what others may have in their mind, create numerous scenarios. Basically you prefer not to be aggressive person so your thinking starts revolving around win win situation, then you will find that empathy is being developed – you are able to anticipate views, feelings and emotions of others. You get into their shoes and start looking at the scenario – modify it to make out a workable solution, you will create a time space for building options. When you come across each other you will position yourself open for multiple possibilities, then either
(a.) Decide way of handling the issues with others for mutual satisfaction, or
(b). If, for reasons, you are unable to accommodate others’ views; you will certainly try to find ways of least resistance for a win win situation.
Gradually you will sense that unknowingly balance and comfort level in your life is increasing. Whatever may be the problems in your life, you are willing to face them, feel happy for your honest efforts and feel motivated for shared happiness.
