drishticone means a point of view.I have been using this title to somany of my creations in my business consultancy. Many a times, I have realized, that unorthodox approach leads you to solutions and strengths. It is not a rule.Following a beaten path you always reach where the crowed has already reached.
The 360 degree approach must be one of the tools in our life. In India the education system was designed to create clerks and babus for the governments and businesses. We were conditioned to a kind of system taught to us. We forgot our traditional values and reached no where and accepted lots of ills from world over.
Family system has been much stronger than a communisiom or communes. The teachings by mothers have created world personalities when personaility development and HRD labels were not available.
We have to get ourselves out from the test books and develope d360 approach.
I am happy that i was compelled to recreate my blog under different name as the original seems to be lost.
Now I can do it differently as I have learned to make blog platform more useful for others as well.
